What we keep
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- The goals you save: age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal, plus the calorie and protein targets we calculate from them.
- Swaps and recipes you choose to save.
- A daily count of how many AI requests you make, so we can keep the service fair.
What we don't keep
Meals you type, recipe photos and chat messages are sent to our AI provider to create your answer. We don't store them unless you press Save. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic processes the text and photos you send to generate answers.
- Resend delivers your sign-in emails.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database.
Deleting your data
Go to Account in the app and press Delete my account. Everything tied to your email is removed right away. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
Not medical advice
Plant Me gives general nutrition information. Talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you're pregnant, take medication, or have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.
